Guard Rios documented a 9-1-1 medical emergency, which occurred on the
first floor of the Medical Center, in the Ophthalmology Clinic. A female
patient was having shortness of breath and numbness on her face. EPFEMS
personnel transported her patient to UMC. See incident report # 09-168EP.
