A Guard documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred in the
Ophthalmology Clinic, located on the first floor of the Clinical Science
Building. A male patient complained of feeling faint. EPFEMS responded, but
he refused transport to a hospital. See incident report #15-107EP.
