Corporal Williams arrested a non-student for outstanding Lubbock County
warrants and another non-student for possession of drug paraphernalia
following an observed traffic violation in the 1700 block of University
Avenue. Both non-students were transported to the Lubbock County jail and
the vehicle was released to a passenger. See offense report # 09-0796.
