Sergeant K. Miller arrested a female student for three outstanding Lubbock
County Sheriff Department warrants in the 1800 block of Avenue X following
an observed traffic violation in the 1400 block of University Avenue. The
female’s vehicle was released to a family member and the female was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See incident report # 09-0709.
