A building support post was damaged by unknown means. See incident report #08-1318. 1315 TT671 Officer Digby investigated a traffic accident without injuries in the intersection of Flint Avenue and 19th Street. SHIFT 2 1656 TT664 Officer Barkley arrested a non-student for an outstanding Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant following an observed traffic violation in the 3700 block of 10th Street. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was left properly parked in the B-2 parking lot of the University Medical Center. The keys were given to a family member upon the request of the request of the owner. See incident report # 08-1320. 1805 TT654 Officer Phillips investigated graffiti on the door of room 233 in Clement Hall. Obscene words and pictures were drawn on the door with an indelible marker.
