Meals provided at no additional cost to the student will be according to the day of your expected arrival (see above list) at
the West Dining Hall. Breakfast is not provided. To allow us to make appropriate reservations, IT IS NECESSARY that
you check the meals you wish to have ordered (please do not request the meals if you do not want them - we pay for those
which are ordered):

MTX Marching Shoes (all black - cost $40.00) , please indicate size: ___________ (Shoes are ordered, so it is
necessary to send us your correct size without delay. The shoes run true to size, so order what you normally wear).
If you do not order early, we cannot guarantee having your shoes by the first performance on Aug. 20th.
WIU Marching Band Tee-shirt (new design, required for all members). Cost will be $12 for small to 2XL (add
$2 for 3XL or larger). Please check your size:

The band will always wear these shirts under the uniform jacket and at other select events.

You must be registered for Marching Band (MUS 116) to be able to access your music (parts).

UNIFORM CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
The following needs to be completed by all woodwind, brass, and percussion members (Westernaires color guard and
Westernettes danceline members will be sized for uniforms during camp at times TBA). Please write your name, sex
