She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2014. Jacqueline received a combined J.D and M.B.A from the University of Toronto and Rotman School of Management in 2015, with a specialization in Strategic Management from the Rotman school. In 2012, she was awarded the Mary Jane Felker Fellowship as a Rotman entrance scholarship for combined degree students. Prior to attending law and business school, Jacqueline obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science at Western University. During her time at law and business school, she was involved with the pro bono clinics Downtown Legal Services and Artists’ Legal Advice Services. Jacqueline was also an editor for the University of Toronto’s Law Review, a mentor to incoming students with the Peer Mentorship Program, an orientation leader for the classes of 2015 for both the law and business faculties and a regular actor for Law Follies, the law school’s sketch comedy production. She was the features editor of the faculty of law’s student run newspaper from 2012-2014. Jacqueline was also the lead teaching assistant for M.B.A Business Ethics at the Rotman school. Jacqueline has previously summered both with Zerofootprint Software Inc., a company dedicated to large scale carbon footprint reduction at both the personal and corporate levels, and with Rise Asset Development, a Canadian microfinance initiative for entrepreneurs with a history of mental health or addiction challenges. Jacqueline is a certified canoe and kayak instructor and an avid runner and hiker. She enjoys playing the piano, painting and adventure travel; she spent the fall of 2014 studying abroad at the University of Glasgow and summited Mount Kilimanjaro in the summer of 2013. Expertise
