New York:
The authority to regulate and discipline attorneys in New York State is vested in the
Appellate Divisions of the New York State Supreme Court. There are four regional
Appellate Divisions of the Supreme Court. 1. New York City Div.: (P: 212-340-0400),
2. Brooklyn Div. (P: 718-722-6334), 3. Albany Div.: (P: 518-471-4777), 4. Rochester
