1. Spring 2010 enrollment looks good. Budget committee had some requests to review the
enrollment numbers related to tuition increases. We will wait on BOG approval/discussion.
Campus breakdowns will be prepared and sent to Pam in time for Fall 2011 registration so that
weekly enrollment reports can be prepared.
2. Discussion occurred on new marketing for new logo and the changes that would occur for
admissions and outreach information. Bob will be coordinating the College wide effort on logo
change.
3. Admissions has worked with Health Science to streamline the application to acceptance process
including discussion of imaging of documents. This will allow for better tracking and reporting
of students who have applied for health science selective admissions programs.
4. Pre-nursing (health care) advisors will be increasing their hours as we prepare for Fall
registration including increased time around summer placement testing and advising when
faculty are on summer break. Michele has volunteered to help advising when she is here over
the summer.
