Dear Sponsorship Partner,
We recognize the great value of HR’s relationships with our partners, who show such interest in and commitment to
academia and the role of HR in higher education, and to meeting the various service needs of our employees; and we
would like for you to be an integral part of our 2016 conference.
We are so excited to invite you to collaborate with our organization, West Virginia Chapter, College and University
Professional Association for Human Resources (WVCUPA-HR), annual conference on October 11, 2016, at Stonewall
Resort in Roanoke, WV.
It is our partnerships, which make it possible for our chapter to provide higher education human resource professionals
with high-level professional development each year. Your sponsorship of our event is the embodiment of your strong
commitment and gives you the opportunity to increase your exposure in West Virginia higher education—public and
private—and to build brand loyalty, network and generate sales.
Our theme this year is “BE A HR SUPERHERO”. We hope our attendees find this to be a fun, interactive, knowledge
building, and networking opportunity.
As our chapter grows, so does our realization that our partnerships are an integral part of chapter growth and success,
and the strong foundation upon which we can continue to grow and support the higher education human resources
profession in West Virginia.
So who attends our WVCUPA-HR conferences? HR vice presidents, chief human resources officers, assistant vice
presidents, directors and representatives, as well as the HR representatives and administrators. Attendees come from
both public and private institutions; some are generalists, and some are specialists, and we strive to make sure our
conferences offer information on all aspects of HR.
We ask you to consider joining us in our endeavors this fall! Our joint partnerships benefit our chapter members and
your company.
