Course Outline for Computer Application Systems 101
ADAPTED WORD PROCESSING
Catalog Description:
101 - Adapted Word Processing
(May be repeated three times.)
3 units
Individualized adapted basic word processing techniques using specialized keyboarding commands,
accessibility options, adapted keyboard and mouse hardware and software to produce letters,
memos, reports, tables, and other documents. This course is designed for students with disabilities.
2 hours lecture, 3 hours laboratory.

Expected Outcomes for Students:
Upon completion of the course the student should be able to:
