As Manager of the Vancouver Corporate Services Department and Senior Paralegal at Cassels Brock, Megan
Braun is responsible for management, administration and training of paraprofessionals in the firm’s continually
expanding Vancouver office.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and over a
decade of progressive experience in corporate law, Megan brings with her a keen understanding of
professional services along with a client-focused attitude. In her role, she constantly strives to increase
operational efficiencies while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Megan also continues to apply her paralegal skills here at Cassels Brock. Megan mentors and provides
support to her team with respect to all types of corporate transactions, ranging from general to more complex
matters. During the course of these transactions, she works alongside our lawyers as well as directly with
clients to deepen and strengthen existing relationships.
Megan joined Cassels Brock in 2012.
