In that capacity, he provides advice to members of the firm, other firms and legal departments on discrete legal issues. Much of his work involves matters in litigation, running the gamut from torts, insurance issues and commercial matters to human rights, the environment and constitutional law. He is the author of Bias, co-author of Environmental Harm - Civil Actions and Compensation, as well as articles on various topics. He also assists others with their articles and speeches. He is involved in training students and in current awareness within the firm, including writing and circulating summaries of recent cases and legislation of interest. He has a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Rob has also written articles on civil proceedings as well as other matters.
