MINUTES OF SLOAC 10/6/2015 MEETING SLOAC members present: Kent Uchiyama, Stephen Small, Julie Coan, Homeira Foth, Rob Yest, Mireille Giovanola, Felicia Tripp Also in attendance: Jeannine Methe, Rachel Ugale, Liem Huynh Meeting called to order at 12:15pm 1) Approval of Minutes: 9/29/15 Minutes. Motion to approve as corrected: Stephen Small. Second: Kent Uchiyama. Unanimously approved. 2) College Wide Flex Day: Friday, October 16, 2015 Preparation for SLO Module work scheduled for 10:00am to 12:00pm, with supplemental time set aside if needed, 1:00pm to 3:00pm 3) Implementation of Curricunet updates: Rachel Ugale reported updates recommended by the committee to be updated on the Curricunet site by the IT department. Currently, updates requested were considered minor and should be completed within 2 weeks and available for review by committee. 4) Scheduling Curricunet training: Training for Department Leads to take place in January, 2016 5) Meeting Adjourned: 1:00pm Respectfully submitted by: Julie Coan
