1. Meeting Minutes from October 25, 2012 distributed
2. Special Reports
A. Flex Day, Shared Governance Committee report – Tom Clark
Tom handed out “draft” responses to PRBC that were generated by members in
attendance at Flex Day breakout session. Tom asked for additional input via email
during a two week window (deadline 11/26). If no additions or changes then “drafted”
12-13 goals and input on committee charter will stay the same
B. B2300, Student Center discussion – Matt Kritscher
Matt presented ideas (Power Point & Discussion) for making 2300 a more pleasing &
useful space for students and had a very preliminary estimate of possible costs. Part of
the presentation including moving Student Health to 700 South while upgrades to the
“Rock” room could be made to accommodate Student Health Center at that location.
The presentation advocated for Measure B Funds to be allocated to this project in the
Reprioritization process.
3. Project Status Update – Doug
Doug reviewed six projects that are currently in progress:
1. Campus Safety move to B200; approximately $200k
2. Upgrades in kitchen (2300); approximately $300K.
3. Building 3400 has all comments back from DSA, tentative BID opening in
January.
4. 1700/1800; Still on target to occupy 1800 in January; 1700 will be off “use grid”.
B1700 tentative BID opening in February.
5. Theatre project ongoing; Coating exterior of Tower to fix leaks in loft

6. Fry/Chabot fence going up as part of agreement with Fry family and District. 12
foot high fence along north property line of Lot B along Fry Property adjacent to
carriage house.

Doug confirmed that IOB elevator will be out of service with expected repairs to take
significant time.
6. Matters Initiated: Rebecca Otto requested that Facilities Committee meet in B2100 in
January. The group was receptive to invitation. Rebecca will work on securing room.
