January 24, 2013 12 Noon, Room 1506 1. Meeting Minutes from December 13, 2012 distributed 2. Special Reports Tom handed out Program Review Form F8 and we discussed the committee’s hope that the college community would take advantage of giving us input through this form and process. Further promotion of this was discussed and suggestions ranged from announcing at “Brown Bag” and sharing at division meetings. Marcia suggested that we identify the origins of the $18M to show which projects might be impacted. There was some discussion on the logistics of gathering the F8 input and the timing to forward committee deliberations. 3. Project Status Update It was agreed that the Status handout pages could be shortened by not including the projects that were finished more than a year or so ago. Doug walked us through several projects including status on 400 elevator (repairs finished), PAC tower coating, PE Complex and 3400. Discussion followed on punch list for 1800 with Tram suggesting a “live” method such as the cloud-based Google dox. Doug indicated that he was relying heavily on the dean’s office to gather user information. “1800 Looks Great, what a positive change for our students” 4. Sustainability Issues – none identified 5.
