Sarah Rickwood, Consultant, IMS Health Sarah Rickwood has 20 years’ experience as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry, having worked in Accenture’s pharmaceutical strategy practice prior to joining IMS Management Consulting. In her time in IMS, Sarah has played a key role in developing the Launch Excellence Thought Leadership and IMS’s Launch Excellence thought leadership studies and Launch Readiness offerings which provide IMS pharmaceutical clients with comprehensive and critical guidance during the crucial pre-launch and launch periods for their key brands. Tor Gråberg, Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector, Swedish Medical Agency Tor Gråberg has worked thirty years within the Pharmaceutical Industry and has a long career as Production Manager at Pharmacia and ACO Läkemedel. In 1996 he became a Pharmaceutical Inspector for the Medical Products Agency and in 2004 he became the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector. He was also the Chairman for two years for The Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention and Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (jointly referred to as PIC/S) which are two international instruments between countries and pharmaceutical inspection authorities. Eva Törnkvist, Director of Quality Operation and EHS, Pfizer Eva Törnkvist has more than 20 years of experience from Pharmaceutical industry (Medical Device, Parenteral Nutrition, API) within Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and Validation. Eva joined Pfizer Health AB in Strängnäs in 2003, as Manager for of the Manufacturing departments. She was appointed as Director for Quality Operation and EHS in 2010 after various Manager positions (Manufacturing Support and QA). Mark Quick, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Recipharm Mark Quick has worked in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing space for over 18 years in various supply chain, sales and marketing roles with companies including Medeva, Celltech, UCB and more recently Recipharm AB where he has been for the past seven years. At Recipharm, as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development he has responsibility for leading the M&A activity for the group. He has led several transactions in recent years which has seen the company more than double in size since 2007 to become one of the top ten dose form contract development and manufacturing organisations worldwide. Bo Olsson, IKEM-Innovation and Chemical Industries In addition of having 34 years of innovation experience, Bo has an extensive leadership background since 1979, as Manager, Director and Vice President at AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry and AstraZeneca. In 2008 he was appointed Manager of the Year at AstraZeneca in Södertälje. He has worked both in Manufacturing and R&D Environments. He was one of the 3 founders of The Industrial Association for Process Safety in Sweden and has been the Chair of the Industrial Association for Crystallization Research and Development at The Royal Institute of Technology for more than 25 years. Carla Conant, Global Product Manager, MedInstill/ATMI Carla Conant joined ATMI LifeSciences in May of 2013 as a Global Product Manager focused on the Integrity® suite of products and technologies. She brings over a decade of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and single-use plastics to this role, complemented by a rich background of brand management, promotion and product development. Carla holds an MBA in Finance and a double Bachelor in International Business & Economics and Spanish.
