If you are completing IGETC and are going to use your high school classes to meet the Language other than English requirement (2 years of high school foreign language completed with a grade C or higher) submit official high school transcripts to the office of Admission & Records at Chabot. Go to your high school district office to request official transcripts. Chabot will need to receive transcripts by the end of Spring 2016. If you will be completing IGETC, remember to petition for IGETC certification in the Office of Admission & Records at Chabot College. You will need to petition for this after you have decided which UC to attend as Chabot College will only send your IGETC certification to the school you will be attending. Plan to send official transcripts from all colleges previously attending to the UC you decide to attend. Chabot College does not combine transcripts from other colleges so you will need to request official transcripts directly from the schools previously attended and have them sent directly to the UC campus that you will be attending. Plan to attend the Transfer Recognition Ceremony at Chabot College in May 2016. Visit the Career & Transfer Center or CTC webpage in Spring 2016 for time and date.
