Statement of 700-1000 words. Indicate your academic interests, your career objectives, and how these interests and objectives suit you to graduate study at Texas Tech. Applicants in literature should submit a graduate course paper or part of a thesis that shows capacity for analytical writing and scholarly research (2025 pp.). Applicants in creative writing should submit a prose piece (10-20 pp.) or a collection of poems (10 pp.). 3. Resume, CV, or List of Publications and Awards. This document will be necessary to nominate you for university fellowships and scholarships. 4. Letters of Recommendation.
