OPA Offline The newsletter of the Office of Planning and Assessment Promoting Institutional Effectiveness through Planning and Assessment Texas Tech University Prepares for SACSCOC Reaffirmation Spring 2013 Dr. Catherine Parsoneault SACSCOC Liaison Catherine Parsoneault currently serves as Associate Vice Provost for Planning and Assessment at Texas Tech University, with oversight of the Office of Planning and Assessment and the TTU Ethics Center. She serves as the institution's liaison to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, and as the chief contact with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for all matters pertaining to academic programs. Prior to joining the Provost's staff at TTU in February 2013, Dr. Parsoneault served for twenty years on the staff of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board in Austin, Texas. Her areas of responsibility at the Coordinating Board included the statewide core curriculum, transfer student success, and academic program review.
