Antoinette Nash serves as the Director of Modular/Category
Development for the Hardlines division.
She and her team are responsible for accessing business
opportunities through analysis of market potential, population trends,
shopping behaviors, and modular financial performance. Previously,
she was the Sr. Modular Development Manager for the Consumables
division supporting Personal Care and Beauty. There she led a team
that was responsible for the development, planning, and execution of
modulars and in store tests.
Her skill sets are developing talent, strategy development, planning and improvement, and
driving results. Antoinette has been with the company for 6 years and has held several
roles across the organization including Macro Space, Category Space Allocation, and
Modular Development.
Nash serves in a broad array of community and industry leadership roles, including
Women’s of Merchandising Content Development Committee and Unity. Antoinette is a
graduate of University of Arkansas--Pine Bluff where she earned a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration as well as her Master of Business Administration from John Brown
University.
