Manager, Operations Finance, 2001-2002 Managed national small bag capacity planning across 27 manufacturing sites and all product lines. Analyzed and delivered recommendations on capital projects, driving a total saving of $5.5MM, and led the development of a small bag capacity task force responsible for the execution of a process to analyze and deliver capital projects to meet the annual productivity goal of $6MM.
