 Delivered capital and capacity recommendations on national 12 sack operations that increased
capacity by 40% and resulted in $750M annual savings, and created the business case to deliver
Hot Cheetos 12 sack to the marketplace that resulted in over 30% growth in regional sales.
 Analyzed and delivered recommendations on capital projects, driving a total saving of $5.5MM,
and led the development of a small bag capacity task force responsible for the execution of a
process to analyze and deliver capital projects to meet the annual productivity goal of $6MM.

Managed business partner relationships, wage productivity, department budgets, facility maintenance,

Europe. Responsible for purchasing over $10MM in parts for 7000, 8000, 9000 series tractors. Worked

 100% of new parts were delivered to the factory no time and defect free.
 Recognition was awarded to my supplier for 100% on-time delivery and zero defects for an
