The spectra have been corrected for nuclear quadrupole interactions using aa = −37.94 andbb =
3.14 MHz for 35Cl species, and aa = −30.17 andbb = 2.75 MHz for the 37Cl isotopologue of
conformer I, while aa = −34.31 andbb = −1.94 MHz were used for the 35Cl variant, and aa =
−27.04 andbb = −1.53 for the 37Cl species of ClCH2PH2 (see article).
The spectra corrected for quadrupole interaction were fitted using Rotfit.3
