-You will be contacted within two business days to schedule an initial session with a trainer.

-All participants who have never had a Personal Trainer with CSU

Campus Recreation Services must buy an Initial Training Package. This package includes a Fitness assessment and 2 one (1) hour sessions with a Personal Trainer.
