An Officer arrested a non-student for an outstanding Lubbock Coutny warrant
following a traffic stop in the 2500 block of 20th Street. The non-student was
also issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of alcohol in a motor
vehicle. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The
vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Services. See incident report
#15-0980.
