An Officer detained three non-students following a traffic violation in the
1000 block of Flint Avenue. One non-student was arrested for possession of
controlled substance, penalty group 1. Another non-student was issued a
Lubbock County Citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and released .
the third non-student was released without charge. The vehicle was released
to a passenger. See offense report # 15-0287

An Officer investigated a sexual assault reported to have occurred inside of a
vehicle in the R-2 parking lot that occurred between a student and an
acquaintance. See offense report #15-0288.
An Officer investigated criminal mischief at Chitwood Hall. A light fixture
cover was damaged in elevator #2. See offense report #15-0289.
