An Officer arrested a non-student in the 2000 block of Avenue X following a
welfare check. The non-student was arrested for public intoxication, resisting
arrest and for an outstanding Hockley County Sheriff’s Office warrant. The
non-student was transported to jail. See offense report #14-2208.
