A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while intoxicated,
which occurred in the 1100 block of University Avenue. The non-student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The non-student’s vehicle was
impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 14-1118.
