A Texas Tech Officer investigated harassment. A student made a threat to
another student. See offense report # 14-0985.
A Texas Tech Officer issued a student a Lubbock County citation for
possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop in the 800 block of
Indiana Avenue. See offense report # 14-0988.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while intoxicated,
which occurred in the 1200 block of University Avenue. The non-student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The non-student’s vehicle was
impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 14-0989.
A Texas Tech Officer documented information in reference to a medical,
which occurred in the parking lot of the St. John United Methodist Church in
the 1500 block of University Avenue. A student was found extremely
intoxicated . The student was transported to the University Medical Center
Emergency Room by Emergency Medical Services for further treatment. The
Lubbock Police Department is investigating whether the student was the
victim of a sexual assault. See incident report # 14-0990 and LPD offense
report # 14-21499.
