A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for public intoxication, which
occurred in the Z2-B parking lot following the investigation of a suspicious
person. The non-student was charged for possession of drug paraphernalia
and possession of a substance (Synthetic Marijuana). The non-student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 14-0654.
A Texas Tech Officer investigated a traffic accident, without injuries, which
occurred in the 400 block of Flint Avenue. See state accident report
# 14-0655.
