duty on striking an unattended vehicle, which occurred in the C1 parking lot.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested four students for public intoxication, which
occurred on the southwest side of Murdough Residence Hall. One of the four
students was also arrested for possession of a fictitious license. The four
students were transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report
# 14-0395.
