A Texas Tech Officer investigated the report by Housing staff of an odor of
burnt marijuana coming from a dorm room at Sneed Hall. A student was cited
for possession of drug paraphernalia and released pending the filing of
charges for possession of marijuana. See offense report #14-0159.
A Texas Tech Officer investigated the report by Housing staff of a student
possessing weapons and drugs in their dorm room at Clement Hall. A student
was arrested for places weapons prohibited, following the consensual search
of a dorm room, after a illegal knife was found. See offense report #14-0162.
