A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while intoxicated,
which occurred in the 300 block of Quaker Avenue following a traffic stop.
The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The nonstudent’s vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense
report # 13-1939.
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for driving while intoxicated (open
container), which occurred in the 400 block of Flint Avenue following a
traffic stop. The student was charged and released for possession of a
fictitious license. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
The student’s vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See
offense report # 13-1940.
