SHIFT 2 1502 TTPD 1653 TTPD 1931 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer recovered stolen property, which occurred in the Carpenter/Wells Residence Complex. A leaf blower and various signs were recovered during a safety inspection. See offense report # 12-2109. A Texas Tech Officer investigated a report of sexual assault, which allegedly occurred more than two years ago at Clement Residence Hall. The victim, who is no longer a Texas Tech student and who currently resides in Dallas, TX, reported she had been assaulted by a friend in April, 2010. The victim identified the suspect as a current student. See offense report # 12-2110. A Texas Tech Officer responded to east side of the Student Union Building in reference to a medical. A male non-student was experiencing pain in his arms and legs, believed to be caused by a seizure he suffered earlier on at an offcampus location.
