Description: PAALP is proposing to re-route a 14,000 foot segment of Line 63, to meet requirements of the US EPA Consent
Decree(2010) for returning crude oil into Line. The pipe will be installed via a combination of convential trenching
and horizontal drilling.

Description: The project consists of pruning lower branches, removing competing brush, opening canopy cover, clearing a
perimeter fuelbreak, and replanting trees at six forestry plantations.
