NetSure® 801 LB – BZAB34807+
Rectifier Syistem -48 VDC, up to 69.6 kW/cabinet
NetSure® 801 – Uninterrupted Energy
at its maximum expression!
Features
NetSure® 801 has all you need for
large -48 DCV. It has a >93%,
efficiency which is important in
order to decrease operating cost
and be respectful with
environment. Another outstanding
feature is the NetSure® 801 high
density of power – up to 69.6 kW
by shelf – saving space for
telecommunication and data
products.
However, the most important
feature of NetSure® 801 is its high
flexibility for large -48DCV centers.
NetSure® 801 is designed to protect
in an effective way any -48V system.
Besides the above mentioned, it is
necessary to add the high standards
of the Emerson Network Power
products.
Even more, NetSure® 801 is
delivered in top and bottom cabling
configurations and a wide selection
of distribution units . It may use
large as well as small disyuntores
and fuses. There is a solution for
each necessity. The batteries
protection also comes in different
sizes. Many small batteries or a few
large batteries can be used,
depending on the center and
application requirements. Batteries
disconnection is available in order
to protect batteries against deep
discharges. All the NetSure® 801
systems come with AC series
protection (one breaker by
rectifier).
Description
Introducing NetSure® 801, a high capacity DC
power System within the Emerson Network Power
successful NetSure® family. With the NetSure®
801, a new DC power system has been created,
“best in class” for all the -48V telecommunications
and data centers.
The most recent design Controller
NetSure® 801 is equipped with an advanced control unit,
ACU. It has all the characteristics and functions necessaries
for a -48V large center. Adjustments and supervision can be
carried out through a Web interface or directly in the control
unit.
The controller incorporates advanced battery test functions, batteries capacity prediction and
events registry. It has SNMP protocol and a great number of alarm relays. When it is necessary,
the controller can be used as plant manager with the Emerson Network Power SM modules. The
SM modules supervises advanced AC registry, cell strain and batteries block, robbery alarms, fire
alarms, refrigeration equipment and much more. All the information is presented through the Web
interface and

R48-5800 Rectifier
Rectifiers in the NetSure® 801 system are three
phases design with high density
of power and high efficiency (>93%). Other
characteristics of the R48-5800 are its pluggable
connection design and weight of only 8kg,
making the systems installation and
development easier. Rectifier also shows a low
THD level (<5%) and a wide input voltage. Total
output power, 5800 W, is available in a 305-530
ACV range!.
