Matejka is the senior vice presidentinternal audit for Eaton, a power
management company.
Matejka has been the chief audit
executive for the company since
2010, with responsibility for auditing
the company’s internal control
systems and directing the
company’s Internal Control Program
Office.
In 2000, Matejka was appointed
director-IT security for the company.
Prior to that, Matejka served as
manager-internal audit. Before
joining Eaton in January 1989,
Matejka held management positions
in auditing and IT security with
Diamond Shamrock, an oil and gas
company, and the audit firm of
Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.
Matejka is a member of the
Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity
and Innovation and is vice-chair of the
organization’s internal audit council.
He is a board member of the
Cleveland State University Foundation
and serves on the audit committee.
Matejka is located in Cleveland, Ohio.
