Since I am editorin -chief of the newsletter the Executive Board thought it might be a good idea for our membership to get to know me. Currently, I am an undergraduate Academic Advisor in the College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences. I hold a Master’s of Arts in Intercultural Relations and am working on my PhD in Policies Studies in Urban Education. I chose to take on this assignment because I have strong interest in justice issues and open communication. So I encourage each of you in our membership to speak up and speak out about those things you see that need to be addressed. I love to travel and have seen a good portion of the world. When you can’t find me at my desk or in class, you can usually find me in the kitchen baking or reading a good book outside on my deck, cocktail optional. As editor of this newsletter , I welcome all contributions and my email is on the front page so please feel free to send stuff along. The more you send the more we can all stay informed.
