On the main Willamette Valley floor at 251 feet above sea level, latitude 44° 25'N, longitude 123° 15'W, the station is operated by the Oregon State University Crop Science Department in cooperation with the National Weather Service. Normal temperatures and, precipitation are based on a standard 30-year period, updated at the end of each decade. Normals used in this publication are for the 1951-1980 period. Jim M.
