assist clients in annuity transactions, as well as investment and annuity
product information.

Created and implemented a diversity committee within the Annuity
Department, where we focused on monthly themes to create a collective
employee awareness as well as strategies to engage fellow employees
and clients for different backgrounds.

Nominated to join The Information Center as an internal 4HELP Intern
from April 2008 through January 2009, where I served as a resource to
employees and managers in assisting crew with their policy and
procedure questions, as well as other client issues.
