Thank you for considering the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management for your next event! We are
committed to providing the finest food and service while offering an exceptional experiential learning
opportunity for our students.
All food on the menu is prepared in-house by our culinary students utilizing fresh, seasonal and local food
whenever possible. Produce from our student-run, urban garden and boutique ingredients from partners such
as La Colombe highlight the care and superiority of our final product. We also accommodate for dietary
restrictions and personalize the menu to meet the guests’ needs.

Samples for hot dishes include: seasonal frittata, French toast, sausage, bacon and home fries
Supplemental add-ons include: yogurt parfait bar, oatmeal bar and smoked salmon
