Educational Leadership Ed.S. The Western Illinois University Educational Leadership Superintendent Preparation Program is offered at the main campus in Macomb and at the Quad Cities campus. All courses are offered on each campus according to a rotation cycle and are taught by full-­‐time faculty with Ph.D. or Ed.D. degrees. Professors deliver their courses, assigned by expertise and interest, on both campuses. Likewise, students may take courses at either campus. Data are presented to demonstrate the performance of candidates for all courses offered during 2007-­‐
2010. Areas of assessment are aligned to the standards for educational leadership and include the following: school district leadership and organizational management; monitoring instruction, behavior, and learning; local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies to improve education; and managing the organization.
