CSU Spring 2005 Enrollment Report Highlights
http://www.csuohio.edu/iraa/pages/registration.html
The Enrollment report represents the continuing commitment of the Office of Institutional
Research, Assessment & Analysis (IRAA) to present updated information about Cleveland State
University. Several changes have been made in Spring 2005 Enrolment Report. They are:
•
Table of content
•
Two New Colleges instead of College of Arts & Sciences
College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences (CLASS)
College Science
•
Student Credit Hours Generated by subject Code and Departments
As we have recently added the departments, please feel free to contact us with
comments or questions. H.khanom@csuohio.edu
In addition, a couple of procedural changes have also been made in the Spring 2005
Enrollment Report. Therefore, extra caution must be taken when comparing data with previous
years in the following areas:
•
Full-time Part-time definition:
Undergraduate (remained the same):
Full-time =12 hours or more
Part-time =Less then 12 hours.
Graduate (Masters and Doctoral):
Full-time = 9 hours or more
Part-time= Less than 9 hours
Law:
Full-time=13 hrs or more:
Part-time= Less then 13 hrs
Consistent with the previous Enrollment Report, the information presented is based on the
Census Date (the 15th day) files specified by the Ohio Board of Regents (OBOR) unless it is
specifically noted from a different data source. The purpose of this Enrollment Report is to
provide the readers with frequently requested statistical information used in planning, reporting,
and assessment. In order to serve the campus community more efficiently, IRAA office
welcomes your suggestions and comments. Please direct your questions and/or suggestions to
(216) 687-4700 (or via the e-mail addresses provided below). The entire Enrollment Report is
ONLY available on line via IRAA website (http://www.csuohio.edu/iraa/pages/registration.html).
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all members of the campus community for
their contributions to this publication.
