Compared to the first quarter of 2013, total unit sales decreased by 3.03% in the first quarter of 2014. Most residential properties sold in the $0-$99,999 price range. However, unit sales in this price range fell 11.90% compared to the first quarter of 2013. The most significant increase in a price range occurred in the $300,000-$499,999 price range, where there were a total of 42 unit sales in the first quarter of 2014, or a 50.00% increase from 28 unit sales in the first quarter of 2013.
