This represents the second report on commercial properties by the Center
for Real Estate Studies entitled “Retail Properties: Baldwin and Mobile”. It
includes interesting statistics for the Fall/Winter 2007.
Readers should remember that the data covers advertised “for lease” and
“for sale” data only. Final sale information is excluded.
