Introduction
This represents the third report on commercial properties by the Center for
Real Estate Studies. Entitled “Retail Properties: Baldwin and Mobile,” it
includes interesting statistics for the Fall/Winter 2006 as well as Spring
2007.
Readers should remember that the data covers advertised “for lease” and
“for sale” data only. Final sale information is excluded.
Special thanks goes to the Commercial Property Directory, Birmingham, for
