The basic objective of this research was the identification of interpersonal networks that enhanced the career learning skills of disadvantaged, African-American and Native-American youth. Responsibilities also included cooperative research activities with vocational psychologists, economists and representatives of external funding agencies. This research led to the development of the Career Education Community Based Learning Module. I also taught courses in education, theory and minority relations in the Department of Sociology.
