Lawrence Yun, PhD
Yun is Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research at
the National Association of Realtors. He is responsible for
gathering, analysis, distribution, and explanation of economic data
and indicators for the U.S. residential and commercial real estate
markets. His opinion is sought frequently by national news outlets
and television.
Adrienne Slack
As vice president and regional executive at the New Orleans branch
of the Federal Reserve Bank, Slack has a degree in economics from
the University of Southern Mississippi, and has completed the
Executive Development program at Dartmouth College.
Jeremy Walker, J.D.
Walker is the government affairs director for the Alabama
Association of Realtors. His many responsibilities include realtor
government and political affairs, grassroots activities, smart
growth and housing opportunity, and legislative and regulatory
issues. He holds a JD degree and is a member of the Alabama Bar.
David Oakley
Oakley is a partner in the Birmingham Berkadia office. Berkadia is
a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Leucadia National
Corporation providing comprehensive sales, advisory, and research
services for multifamily and commercial properties for all U.S.
markets.
Reid Cummings, DBA CCIM
Cummings is an assistant professor of finance and real estate at
USA. He holds an Alabama Real Estate Broker’s license and the
CCIM designation from the Commercial and Investment Institute,
Chicago.
Spence Monroe
Monroe is an associate broker specializing in office, industrial and
combination commercial properties in Baldwin county. He has
been awarded Realtor of the Year from the Baldwin Association of
Realtors.
L. Page Stalcup III, CPA
Stalcup is a partner specializing in business-related organization
and taxation issues. He holds a CPA designation.
J. Gavin Bender Sr., MBA SIOR
Bender is president of Bender Real Estate Group specializing in
commercial sales, leasing and development. He earned a MBA
degree from USA.
Thomas Gleason Jr., CCIM
Gleason is president of the Coastal CCIM Chapter. He has over 16
years of brokerage and property management experience in the
commercial real estate industry.
Don Epley, PhD CCIM MAI
Epley is a distinguished professor of real estate and the current
director of the USA Center for Real Estate & Economic
Development. He received a PhD in Urban and Regional Economics
from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Bob Wood, PhD
Wood is the dean at USA Mitchell College of Business. He earned a
bachelor of science degree and a master of business administration
degree from Arkansas State University. He earned a doctorate in
finance from Louisiana State University.
