I’ve turned in my thesis or dissertation to the USA Graduate School office, so what happens now? 



Your paper will be reviewed by me (DeAnna Cobb) for formatting and Dr. Harrison for content. I will email you after we have reviewed your paper. If you have corrections, a memo will be emailed to you detailing the corrections you need to make. Once you have made your edits, submit your 2nd draft for our review (along with the copy of your 1st draft). This process will repeat as long as your paper contains errors. Please be diligent in correcting all issues with your paper. Once you have made the necessary edits, I will email you a submission clearance memo with details on the final steps in this process. We will get your paper back to you as quickly as possible. However, bear in mind that the Graduate School office reviews from ~ 25‐35 papers per semester. Three or four days is the usual time it takes for both of us to review your paper, but depending on the number of papers we receive, it may take longer.
