SS-900 series in Urban Studies Internship Program changes QCC/NYCCT Dual/Joint Degree Program: A.A.S. in Technology (QCC) B.S. in Education: Career and Technical Teacher (New York City College of Technology) 5) Old Business 6) New Business # ITEM Specific charge from Steering Committee: 1 The Committee would also be asked to review curricular modifications and course revisions to accommodate Learning Academies On-going consideration of the curricular impact of eportfolios; consideration of the possibility of an STX-100 that would be full-semester, 1 credit (with the notion that the Curriculum Committee would vet the syllabus of such a course, and review who would teach it, what it would cover, and whether it would become a single-credit required course, or a pre-requisite for English 101.) assess the effectiveness of QCC basic skills remediation, particularly in light of recent decrease in those passing the exit exams Review curricular implications for the possibility of extra contact hours for selected remedial courses (noting Middle States and statistical findings on learning outcomes in this area) As part of welcoming the Veterans into civilian life; formulate DANTES policy for granting credit for military service.
